HYDROABRASIVE TREATMENT
What is this?

What will be, if regular water to shrink with pressure 1000... 5000 Atm, and then to leak through an opening a dia about, I... 0,3 mm? Certainly it will begin to flow very quick (speed 400... 1000 m\s). Strength of the influence of such spray on a material makes mechanical breaking down with a separation of microparticles. Thus the kinematic energy of a spray turns to mechanical operation of cutting, and spray become a cutting tool. For increasing of a destruction force of water jets add an abrasive.
The hydroabrasive treatment - alternative not only mechanical, but also laser, plasma, ultrasonic, and in some cases is unique possible.
The fluid jet with it technical possibility comes nearer to the ideal dot instrument, that allows to treat a compound section with any rounding radius, as width of a machine cut compounds 0,1... 3,0 mm, waste of a material in a swaft are less, than at a traditional processing techniques, the machine cut can be started in any dot of preform and thus it is not necessary previously to execute an opening, small force (1... 100 î) and temperature +60... +900 C
in a cutting zone avoid deformation eliminate of preform, flash-off and scorch of a material in nearby zone. The spray does not inflect physical-mechanical characteristics of a worked stock.

Operating system of a Complex (OSC)

The control by a hydroabrasive complex realizes by microprocessor controller processing from the computer.
For convenience of the operative nearby a zone are sharp the console with an operating controls, which disposed on it.
For preparing of scheme or drawing for cutting we use following software: AutoCad, Corel etc.

Accessories

For implementation of operations of a hydroabrasive complex for cutting sheet materials we, also, we can produce and deliver the additional equipment:
