Titanium and special alloys

Titanium ingots are manufactured with help of using the modern technologies of vacuum electron beam melting of titanium sponge.

For the production of hollow ingots, which are used as billets for the production of pipes, additional equipment is needed for the VT02 furnace or the creation of a new specialized furnace.

Upon agreement with the Customer, technology transfer, training of specialists, and after-sales service are additionally performed.

The technical feasibilities of the equipment allow the company to offer to the customers:

1. Production of titanium, zirconium, heat resisting and special alloys ingots:

  • round: diameter 370 mm — 800 mm, length up to 4 meters;
  • flat (slabs): width 1300 mm, thickness 180 mm / 250 mm and 400 mm, length up to 4 meters;

Titanium ingots are manufactured using modern technologies of vacuum electron beam melting of titanium sponge.

All this production became possible after coming of a group of specialists, who have, more 20 years’ experience in the field of electron-beam technologies.

For the production of hollow ingots, which are used as billets for the production of pipes, additional equipment is needed for the VT02 furnace or the creation of a new specialized furnace.Basically we produce titanium ingots and slabs from the alloyed titanium.
