PRODUCTION OF TITANIUM INGOTS AND SLABS

The vacuum electron-beam furnaces, created by the company, are a new generation of electron-beam furnaces. These furnaces have a number of parameters which surpass other melting furnaces, which currently produce in other countries. Design and applied technology allow to obtain high-quality titanium at a low cost. This is reached by minimum quantity of waste, usage of low grades of titanium sponge without preparatory operations. Scientific and engineering solutions, which were implemented during the installation of the electron-beam furnaces and its technology, allow for a considerable reduction in production cost compared with vacuum-arc technology.

We would like to inform you short description of all stages of our titanium production.

Basically we produce titanium ingots and slabs of CP Grades.

All this production became possible after coming of a group of specialists, who have, more 20 years experience in the field of electron-beam technologies.
